AWI Position Statement Wild Dogs in Australia in 2011

AWI has extreme concerns over increased predation by wild dogs, the threat to the national sheep flock and the effects on sheep graziers. Graziers who have been forced out of sheep are now warning that 'under controlled' wild dog populations will continue to push into previously unaffected or minimally affected and higher sheep carrying capacity areas.
