Advance Notice of Annual General Meeting

AWI will hold its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 10am on Friday 15th November 2024.

Australian Wool Innovation Limited (AWI) is a not-for-profit company that invests in marketing, innovation and R&D to increase global demand for wool and secure a sustainable future for the Australian wool industry.

AWI will hold its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 10am on Friday 15th November 2024.

AWI advises that the AGM has been changed to a virtual meeting rather than a physical one.

Formal notice and meeting papers will be sent to shareholders in October 2024.

Pursuant to provision 14.3 of the Constitution of AWI, the retirement and election of Directors occurs every two years. As an election of Directors took place at the 2023 AGM, and there are no Board vacancies, no election of Directors will be held at the 2024 AGM.
