Terms of Sale
GENERAL
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Australian Wool Innovation (AWI), any agreement for the sale or supply of any goods by AWI shall be subject to and shall incorporate our Terms of Sale effective at the time the sale is made, to the exclusion of any terms or conditions stipulated in any manner by you at any time.
PRICING & DISCOUNT FOR SHAREHOLDERS AND LEVYPAYERS
The prices for items are as shown on the website.
AWI shareholders and Australian wool levy payers will be eligible to receive a discount on specified items. In order to claim this discount you must provide your AWI Shareholder Reference Number or Levy Payer Reference Number.
DELIVERY
We offer free shipping on all our products.
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Deliveries to Australian addresses can be expected to arrive within 1-2 days for metropolitan deliveries, and 4-6 days for regional deliveries, depending on your location.
For all orders Australia Post is used for delivery.
When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our mailhouse within 7 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You may return or exchange your AWI online purchase for any reason, including sale items subject to these terms. To obtain a refund of the purchase price or exchange:
- item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase;
- item(s) must be unused, unaltered and unwashed with all original seals, labels and packaging attached;
Items returned outside this period will not be accepted. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns timeframe. For purchases made other than through AWI’s online store, we do not offer any refunds unless required by law.
We do not refund shipping costs for returned items.
Eligible returns can be mailed to the address set out below and you must enclose your receipt as proof of purchase and a completed AWI Returns and Exchange Form (PDF 1.8Mb):

PRIVACY
We will collect and use your personal information in order to fulfil your order and create an AWI account. AWI collects, stores and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy available on https://www.wool.com/legal/privacy-policy/.
CERTIFICATION MARK
The Woolmark logo is a certification mark in many countries. It indicates that the product contains 100% pure new wool and meets a range of performance measures.
